Who We Are

We have been living in Olathe and working on homes in Johnson County since 2003. We are a small family owned and operated company that enjoys being a small business and the relationships that come with that level of hands-on service.

Experience

Siding repair by replacing only the rotted pieces or installing all new James Hardi Fiber Cement Siding. Windows can often be rebuilt and refinished to save money or full replacement of a window to upgrade to something that is more energy efficient and will not rot. Doors can often be rebuilt to perform well again or replaced to update the style. Painting walls, ceilings, and trim. Drywall replacement from water damage, patching holes, matching textures, scraping popcorn ceilings and adding a knockdown texture. Framing repairs due to rot or termites, taking walls down to open up spaces. Bathroom remodels where we take out everything and start over or just rebuilding a shower and adding a niche. Light electrical projects like replacing or adding GFCI outlets to protect you around water or replacing ceiling fans, bathroom vent fans and chandeliers. Light plumbing projects like replacing a toilet, a shower valve, faucet, and connecting ice makers. We also have relationships with Licensed plumbers and Electricians for our more complicated projects that require permits.

Licenses

We have a Johnson County Class C contractors license.  The Class “C” License gives us the ability to construct, remodel and repair homes in the Kansas City area.

Insurance and Protection

We maintain a General liability policy of $1,000,000.00 per occurrence/ $2,000,000.00 aggregate for the protection of our customers. We also take extra care to protect your home during our time working on your home.
